You agree and acknowledge that CareVault360 is entitled to modify, improve or discontinue any of its services at its sole discretion and without notice.
3. Proprietary Rights
You acknowledge and agree that CareVault360 contains proprietary and confidential information protected by intellectual property laws.
4. Termination of Agreement
The terms of this agreement will continue to apply until terminated by either party according to active subscription agreements.
