1. Agreement to Terms

By accessing or using CareVault360 recruitment platform, portal, and services, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree to all of these terms, you are prohibited from using the platform.

2. Account Registration & Security

When you create an account as a recruiter, compliance officer, client user, or healthcare professional, you must provide accurate and complete information. You are responsible for safeguarding your credentials.

You agree not to disclose your password or credentials to any third party and to notify us immediately of any unauthorized usage or security breach.

3. Professional Compliance & Verification

For candidates and staffing agencies, all licenses, JCI standards, DBS checks, and credentials uploaded to the platform must be genuine and current. Falsification of documents will result in immediate termination of account access and appropriate notification to medical boards.
